Dog bites from another dog should never be ignored or neglected.
First aid treatment of the wound consists of clipping off the hair around the wound and bathing with an antiseptic solution. Should inflammation persist veterinary treatment is required.
Dog bites are very dirty and can contain many bacteria / infections.
